draw off the finished product in any size container. The Model 110 guarantees profitable

Features
Freezing Cylinder- One; 10 quart (9.5 litres) finished
product capacity from 5 quarts (4.7 litres) of liquid mix. Achieves 100% overrun for
superior ice cream.
Mix Hopper- One; 10 quart (9.5 litre) reservoir. Mix
flows directly into the freezing cylinder through an opening in the hopper-mounted funnel.
With the funnel closed, another measure of mix can be added to hopper in preparation for
the next batch.
Automatic Temperature Control- Precise temperature
control automatically assures consistent product in overall appearance, texture and
ultimate taste.
Freezer Door- Insulated stainless steel door allows easy
dispensing with one simple movement. Fill chute allows convenient addition of favourite
condiments for a wide variety of ice cream recipes.
Beater and Blades- The beater combines unique design with
solid construction. Handcrafted and polished to precision, our self-sharpening blades are
machined to the exact angle necessary for thorough blending, efficient scraping and
smooth, rapid ejection.
Adjustable Shelf- Three positions for filling large or
