This Speciality compact batch freezer is engineered to produce smooth, low or high overrun, super premium ice creams. Create an endless array of ice cream flavours - it's easy - Just add mix and flavourings through the convenient funnel mounted on the hood. Fresh fruits and nuts can be folded in as product is being dawn into a container. And , Product can be ejected at temperatures low enough for direct serving. Server gelato, Sorbet, Italian ice, or unique ice cream desserts. With just a few operator parts and small size, this versatile freezer can adapt anywhere... even the busiest gourmet kitchens. Features
Freezing Cylinder- One; 3 quart (2.9 litre ) capacity. Pre-charge is based on overrun desired.
Automatic Timer Control- Refrigeration is controlled by time. Finished product quality and temperature is automatic by simple setting the time required for the recipe. Buzzer will sound to remind operator to eject the finished product.
Beater and Blades- Our unique designed beater is polished-by-hand to precision. Revolutionary helix-wrap "plastic shoe" blades provide efficient scraping and improved product ejection.
