Taylor 339 Softech Hopper Style Freezer
This Softech hopper style freezer providesthe most advanced technology in a versatile soft ice cream ice cream and yogurt console model. Offer a choice of two individual falvours or an equal combination of both for an exciting twist effect.The new softech design incorporates our computer based control system, programmed to start or cancel, lock in, monitor and control all necessary modes of operation with a touch-tone panel. Other built in features include a self-diagnostic test program and a power interrupt system alerterting the operator of power interuption while monitering product temparatures in the freezing cylinder and mix hopper and then maintaining control functions when power is restored.
Freezing Cylinder - One; 2.8 quart (2.7 litre)for fast and steady production.
Mix Hopper - One; 20 quart (18.9 litre) capacity. Refrigeration and insulated. Mix flows directly into freezing cylinder through simple mix feed tube.
Mix Low Light - Indicates low level of mix in hooper. Warning light flashes to tell the operator to add mix.
Electronic Controls - Softech is standard, with our exclusive microprocessor based master control that regulates refrigeration by measuring product viscosity.Product is maintained at safe levels in the freezing cylinder and hooper to reduce product breakdown and save frequently "no-use" periods. Product is mixed frequently to maintain safe temperatures.
Freezer Door- Specially designed thermo-plastic door allows quick ejection of product with simple movement of draw handle. Sturdy and eliminates condensation.
Beater and Blades - Our uniquely designed beater is polished-by-hand to precision and features solid hancrafted construction. Revolutionary helix-wrap " plastic shoe" blades provide precise overrun control through super efficient scraping and improved product ejection. ("plastic shoe" blades on gravity fed units only.)
