This Twismaster hopper style freezer offers simplicity in a versatile serve ice cream and yogurt counter model. It offers a choice of two individual falvours or an equal combination of both for an exciting twist effect. Built of stainless steel on a welded super-structure frame, this twin twist freezer is easy to operate, easy to maintain. The compact design, solid state engineering and quality construction that are put in to Model 338 make it extremly adaptable and dependable.
Freezing Cylinder - One; 2.8 quart (2.7 litre)for fast and steady production.
Mix Hopper - One; 20 quart (18.9 litre) capacity. Refrigeration and insulated. Mix flows directly into freezing cylinder through simple mix feed tube.
Mix Low Light - Indicates low level of mix in hooper. Warning light flashes to tell the operator to add mix.
Solid State Monitors and Controls - T.Q.C ( Taylor Quality Control ) precisely monitors maintains consistent quality in product texture and viscosity through solid state engineering.
Freezer Door- Specially designed thermo-plastic door allows quick ejection of product with simple movement of draw handle. Sturdy and eliminates condensation.
Beater and Blades - The beater combines unique design with solid construction. Handcrafted and polished to precision our self-sharpening bladesare machined to exact angle necessary for thorough blending, efficient scraping and smooth, rapid ejection.
