Superior soft serve is a continuos operation, just lift the cover to add additional mix. Specially designed beater provides total blending and efficient,steady dispensing at all times.

Freezing Cylinder - One; 1.5 quart (1.4 litre) volume for continuous production.
Mix Hopper- One; 8-1/2 quart (8.1 litre) capacity. Refrigeration and insulated. Mix flows directly into freezing cylinder through simple mix feed tube.
Automatic Temperature control- Precise temperature control automatically maintains high quality soft serve. Assures superior product in appearance and ultimate taste.
Freezer Door- Specially designed thermo-plastic door allows quick ejection of product with simple movement of draw arm. Draw arm can be assembled for left or right hand dispensing.
