Features

Freezing Cylinder - One; 1.5 quart (1.4 litre) volume for continuous production.

Mix Hopper- One; 8-1/2 quart (8.1 litre) capacity. Refrigeration and insulated. Mix flows directly into freezing cylinder through simple mix feed tube.

Automatic Temperature control- Precise temperature control automatically maintains high quality soft serve. Assures superior product in appearance and ultimate taste.

Freezer Door- Specially designed thermo-plastic door allows quick ejection of product with simple movement of draw arm. Draw arm can be assembled for left or right hand dispensing.

Unique Beater Design - The beater combines design with a solid construction. Hancrafted and polised to precision, this bladeless beater is machined to the exact tolerances necessary for thorough blending, efficient scraping and smooth, rapid ejection.
