The "ZE" series of semiautomatic machines are used for
baking ice cream cones, sugar-cones and cups.
These machines are robust and easy to use. The heating is by means of electrical heaters designed to

The elements are designed to provide flexibility during
high production runs on a nonstop basis for 24 hours.
MACHINERY
REQUIRED
Ice cream cone baking
machine: ZE 50
Batter mixing machine:
TM2
A single batter mixer is
sufficient for up to 5 ZE 50 machines.
PROCEDURE
Batter Preparation: A
mixture of wheat flour, maize (corn) starch, vegetable fat,
preservative colors etc., is churned into a paste in the batter
mixer. A full Recipe for each type of cone will be provided.
MACHINE
OPERATION
The mould is opened
& closed by levers. The
moulds are filled with a special closing device.
Heating is by electricity.
Cones are automatically ejected into a container at the end
of the baking cycle when the lower mould is opened.
An unskilled worker performing a few simple operations can
operate these simple baking machines.
OPERATION
The batter is injected
into the mould by means of a very exact, adjustable
batter-depositing device on the preheated moulds.
The moulds are equipped with electrical heaters.
A single movement will open the mould and eject the cones,
these cones are subsequently packed.
WORKERS
REQUIRED
Two unskilled workers
are required to complete all operations.

The total operational
area required is about 500 to 750 Sq. Ft.

2" BATTER MIXER
Our high output and
efficient mixers are ideally suited for preparing wafer and ice
cream cone batter mix.
This Mixer has an adjustable shaft to suit batter
preparation from 7 Kg. to 50 Kg. of batter.
A special beater quickly and thoroughly mixes the
ingredients into smooth lump free batter.
The mixer comprises of a
vertically mounted electric motor.
The mixing bowl, tank and beater are all made of stainless
steel.

The upper section at the
machine holds the male portion of the moulds.
The lower section holds the female portion of the moulds.
The side two pillars are
used as guides for vertical opening and closing of the baking
moulds. Depending on
the diameter of the product the lower section of the moulds
consists of four to six rows of dies.
