Model 10 CAB Serve four separate Flavours of Shakes ..from a single freezing cylinder with four individual dispensing spigots... each spigot has its own mixing chamber with internal spinner, both ends of spinner supported by replaceable bushings, no external moving parts or external drive couplings to connect, syrup is mattered and delivered to mixing chamber as needed , flavour hoses with quick disconnected fitting & automatic shut-off in both when disconnected. Standard unit includes syrup system ( 4 syrup tanks, hoses and regulators).
A High Volume Production Freezer - Dispensing a Totally Flavoured, Thick Shake by a simple Pull of the dispensing Handle.

	Remote syrup cabinet to hold four syrup tanks and regulators.
	Remote Syrup tank cabinet with regulators and self-contained air compressor.

Model 15-10 CAB - Two complete and separate pressurised freezers in one cabinet. The model 15 side is a high volume soft serve unit with the same components,dispensing capacity unit of the 4 flavour direct Model 10 CAB.

STANDARD FEATURES OF BOTH MODELS

	Refrigerated Mix Cabinet - Located in the lower portion of the freezer, it eliminates constant filling of mix reservoir. Place the mix  carton into the cabinet or fill the container provided with the unit, insert the mix tube from each pump and you are ready to make product - automatically.
	Night Switch permit you to close shop at the end of a business day and all mix in the freezer ( cabinet, pumps and cylinder) will remain under refrigeration until ready to operate next day. Provides additional sanitation protection as well as reduces and simplifies cleaning and sanitising procedures.
	Cycolac Dispensing Head - finest insulating material, no frost, no drip. Easy Pull down handle, with adjustable dispensing speed.
	Patented Mix Pump , provides controlled consistent higher overrun. The most efficient, durable, yet simplest pressurised device available, has fewer parts than any competitive model, yet does the total job.
	Beater Blades - Plastic, durable and long wearing, eliminates heat producing metal-to-metal contact.
