Electro Freeze Combination Soft Server and Shake Freezers

Model 15-77N-CAB , a combination unit. Two complete and separate pressurised machines in one cabinet with all the special CAB model features.

The 15 side is a high volume capacity, pressurised soft serve unit with the same components, dispensing capacity, etc. of the model 15CAB .

The 77 pressurised shake freezer side has a spindle head for mixing and dispensing a flavoured  shake in one operation. A plunger head is optional if you wish to dispense only one flavour. Has the same dispensing capacity and components  ( less the two syrup dispensers) as the 77CAB .

 

	Refrigerated Mix Cabinet - Located in the lower portion of the freezer, it eliminates constant filling of mix reservoir. Place the mix  carton into the cabinet or fill the container provided with the unit, insert the mix tube from each pump and you are ready to make product automatically.
	Night Switch provides controlled refrigeration of product during night or any non-business period .. simplifies and reduces cleaning and sanitising procedures.
	Panelling , top , front and sides are stainless steel.
	Cleaning and Sanitising  time and procedures reduced to a minimum with the 24 hour refrigeration.
	Cycolac Dispensing Head - finest insulating material, no frost, no drip. Easy Pull down handle, with adjustable dispensing speed.
	Patented Mix Pump , provides controlled consistent higher overrun. The simplest pressurising device in the industry can be adjusted to the desired overrun. The DUKE piston pump has fewer parts to be cleaned yet does the total job.
	Beater Blades - Plastic, durable and long wearing, eliminates heat producing metal-to-metal contact.
	Mix Level Indicator- Flashing light automatically tells operator when mix is needed.
