Taylor Slush Double Dispensing Hopper

This double dispensing hopper style freezer provides superior non-carbonated slush in a convenient and efficient console model. It offers two individual flavours from two high capacity freezing cylinders. The two separate refrigeration systems allow continuos operation of each flavour. Each side operates independently, providing a choice of serving capabilities. The Model 342 can server unique frozen cocktails or regular slush, all consistency controlled to produce exceptional results and high profits.

 

Features

	Freezing Cylinder -  One; 7 quart (6.6 litre) volume assures maximum number of servings.
	Mix Hopper - One; 20 quart (18.9 litre) capacity. Refrigeration and insulated. Mix flows directly into freezing cylinder.
	Mix Level Indicator - Red float indicates level of mix in hopper. Easily visible, this simple operating mechanism tells operator when to add mix.
	Automatic Consistency Control - Specially designed consistency control automatically maintains superior quality in product texture and viscosity. Adjustable control allows operator to serve a wide variety of slush products from cocktails to regular slush, all at the desired thickness.
	Flavour Jars - Four Panel mounted flavour jars are conveniently located at dispensing level. Hand pumped and portion regulated, each jar holds 16 ounces (453.6 g ) of syrup.
	Freezer Door - Clear Plastic see-through door allows view of slush in the making. Continuos beater operation is seen throughout the slush process.
	Beater and Blades - The beater combines unique design with solid construction. Durable thermo-plastic scraper blades are moulded to the exact angle necessary for thorough blending, efficient scraping and smooth, rapid ejection.
