Features
Freezing Cylinder- One; 20 quart (18.9 litre) finished
product capacity from 10 quarts (9.5 litres) of liquid mix.
Mix Hopper- One; 10 quart (9.5 litre) capacity. Mix flows
directly into the freezing cylinder through an opening in the hopper-mounted funnel. With
the funnel closed, another measure of mix can be added to the hopper in preparation for
the next batch.
Automatic Temperature Control - Precise temperature
control automatically assures consistent quality in overall appearance, texture and
ultimate taste.
Freezer Door- Stainless steel door allows easy dispensing
with one simple movement. Fill spout allows convenient addition of favourite condiments
for a wide variety o ice cream recipes.
Beater and Blades- The beater combines unique design with
solid construction. Handcraft and polished to precision, our self sharpening blades are
machined to exact angle necessary for thorough blending, efficient scraping and smooth,
rapid ejection.
Adjustable Shelf- Three positions for filling large or
