Floss Sugar
Gold Medal Flossugar is made from a special sugar—not too fine—not too coarse. Colors have been "vividized" so that you get a bright color, but color concentrations do not exceed the limits set down by Food & Drug Administration's GMP Directives.
Flossugar is packed in sealed 3, 1/4 lb. milk cartons. Open the box and pour into the spinner head – no messy mixing or unsanitary sugar buckets. Inventory is easy, more accurate.Flavor List

Floss Sugar Available in Quarts Too Rental Store Floss machine owners will find the quart box of Flossugar very handy. Customers rent a machine and take a quart or two of any Flavor one or more of each of the other three flavors – or, whatever they want. Quarts might be especially handy for Twin-Wind II floss machine owners – it makes it easy to pour from two separate containers to the two producing areas in the floss head!

Today, virtually all large amusement parks use ready mix Flossugar. However, the professional midway operator who has the time, simply adds about one heaping tablespoon or two of Flossine to every 10 lbs. of regular granulated sugar. Mix thoroughly and it’s ready to use. Chocolate is not quite as concentrated – you will have to use a little more. But wait until you taste that great Milk Chocolate flavor!Flossine has been a favorite of professional Cotton Candy operators since Gold Medal introduced it in 1948. Flossine absolutely will not clog up the ribbon heating elements. However, be careful of the sugar you mix with – some contains corn starch which will clog the ribbons! Flossine gives your Cotton Candy the proper look – the proper aroma – and, a great taste in every flavor! Indoors, be sure to change colors every time you fill the floss head when you are preparing a display of bagged candy floss. A variety of colors helps you sell more. Flossugar is much, much easier!
