MODEL 55TF- Introducing our counter model, gravity twist freezer. The twist flavour or the popular twist cone. The Model 55TF has been designed to occupy a minimum of counter space yet is high in capacity and product quality. It is ideal for dispensing soft serve, yoghurt, frozen custard, sherbet and other treats.
MIX LEVEL INDICATOR- Flashing light automatically tells operator when mix is needed.
CONSTRUCTION - Sturdy angle iron frame, stainless steel mix hopper, beater, freezing cylinder and upper front panel.
PANELLING - Top front and sides are stainless steel.
CYCOLAC DISPENSING HEADS - The finest insulating material, no frost or no sweating. Easy pull down handle.
BEATER BLADES- Plastic, durable & long wearing , eliminates heat producing metal-to-metal contact .
TWO-16 QUART MIX HOPPERS- foamed for minimum cold loss with separate refrigeration controls.
FREEZING CYLINDER- Two-3 quart, honed and highly polished stainless steel foam insulated.
REFRIGERATION- Two, 2.0 H.P compressors - permits fast freeze down, quick recovery and high volume capacity.
MIX FEED- specially designed to maintain optimum overrun.
NIGHT SWITCH- provides controlled refrigeration of product during night or any non-business period, reduces product deterioration.
