Electro Freeze - Twin Serve High Capacity
MODEL 30TN-CDC - A complete dessert center is now available from Electro Freeze. This high capacity freezer offers the versatility of a syrup rail containing four syrup jars, two of which are heated and optional cone cup dispensers. The "TWIN SERVE" head with its three spigots will dispense two separate flavours of the popular twist cone, a combination of two flavours. The Model 30TN-CDC has been designed to occupy minimum floor space yet is high in capacity and product quality. It is ideal for concession stands, snack bars, deli's, yoghurt shops, soft serve stands, or anywhere space is limited.
SPECIAL FEATURES
MIX LEVEL INDICATOR - Flashing light automatically tells operator when mix is needed.
REFRIGERATION MIX CABINET- Located in the lower portion of the freezer eliminates constant filling of mix. Place mix carton into the cabinet or fill the optional containers, insert mix tube from each pump and you are ready to make product , automatically.
NIGHT SWITCH- provides controlled refrigeration of product during night or any non-business period, simplifies and reduces cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
PATENTED MIX PUMP- provides controlled, consistent high overrun. The most efficient, durable, yet simplest pressurized device available.
REFRIGERATION- Two, 2.0 H.P compressors - permits fast freeze down, quick recovery and high volume capacity.
CYCOLAC DISPENSING HEADS- the finest insulating material, NO frost NO drip. Easy pull down handle, adjustable for dispensing speed.
BEATER BLADES- Plastic, durable & long wearing , eliminates heat producing metal-to-metal contact as well as metal content in the product.
