Throughout the world, there must be over 100 different lengths of hot dogs and other pre-cooked sausages. Sales vary per location from just a few per day up to literally hundreds and hundreds. This is why we make three different lengths – every machine has 10 stainless steel roller tubes – every machine has variable heat. There are two basic types of bun holding cabinets. One is heated, the other is not. The Lil’ Diggity was designed for the convenience stores who know that roller grills will sell more hot dogs. We made it compact – 18" wide, but large enough to accommodate some of the extra large dogs that are so popular these days. The Lil’ Diggity is shown mounted on top of the Lil’ Bun Warmer –a drawer type bun warmer that keeps fresh buns hot and rejuvenates "day old" buns, too. Both the Hot Diggity and the Lil’ Diggity have stainless steel rollers. This added feature will make it even easier to keep your grills clean!
