The high-performance Coldelite model UF-253P soft serve freezer combines state-of-the-art design and technology with simple and efficient operation. Taking up minimum floor space, the UF-253P is a top-of-the-line freezer which will out-perform any comparably sized unit.Two separate refrigeration systems provide maximum flexibility and production output from each freezing cylinder. The UF-253P combines a choice of two individual flavors or an equal combination of both.. the ever popular "twist". Our exclusive and patented HARD-O-MATIC consistancy control permits you to change flavours and product without the need for freezer temperature adjustments.

	Patented, Pressurized Mix Injection System: Consistent overrun (yield) is adjustable from 40% to 80%. Homogenizing mix pump injection system delivers unmatched product quality.
	Unique Beater and Cylinder Design: Helicoidal Path Evaporator and double wall, stainless steel cylinder construction optimize refrigeration efficiency. Initial freeze down time is less than 7 minutes. Unique beater design facilitates high consecutive cone/portion output.
	Energy Efficient: The Energy Conservation mode permits economical power consumption, especially during long idle periods.
	Mix Fill Indicators: Take the guess work out of refilling the mix tanks. Mix fill lights let you know when its time to refill.
