You asked for it a simpler, lower cost, "space
saver" Caramel Corn Cooker Mixer. 5 lb. batch size same as the #2175. Uses less
counter space than the copper kettle method. Corn Treat Jr. is the easy way to create the
flash that get the cash freshly made Caramel Corn is an absolute people magnet. The
copper kettle method takes over 35 minutes per batch. The Corn Treat Jr. gets three
batches an hour. 120 volts, 1800 watts is a little less than the #2175 but easy to
add to almost any concession stand. Note that the #2174 cooks and mixes in the vertical
position only. It is not UL or NSF listed as of the printing date of this catalogue.

Virtually 100% of all Caramel Corn installa-tions utilize a unit shown on this page. These
machines have virtually killed the copper kettle.
The #2175 unit shown is what we call the regular unit; a #2176 is a "right hand
unit" so you can build a long cooling table with a Cooker Mixer on each end by
purchasing one #2175 and one #2176. The Cooker Mixer can also be mounted on a #2424
Stainless Steel Base, shown below.

Mark 10 price. Shown above is the high production Mark 10 Cooker Mixer unit on a #2436
base. Make 10 lbs. per batch, 40 lbs. per hour of regular Caramel Corn a 10 gallon
measure of popped corn plus a double batch of glaze. Close to 100 midway concession
trailers now have either a right hand dump or left hand dump Mark 10. Many started with a
Model #2175. In parks, retail shops, factories, at the beach or boardwalk, the Mark 10 is
perfect for higher capacity Caramel Corn operations.
